Job summary

IRT Group in Queensland is seeking a compassionate Home Care Transport Driver to support older Australians in the Milton/Ulladulla region. You will transport clients to appointments and social outings, helping them stay independent with a friendly, reliable service.

This casual role is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM with flexible hours. A current Australian driver’s license, a reliable car with comprehensive insurance, and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Empathy and interpersonal skills for supporting older Australians.
• Clear communication and ability to engage with clients and families.
• Ability to provide social support and accompany clients to activities.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to appointments and social outings.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain client safety and comfort during transport.
• Represent IRT Group with professionalism and empathy.
