Job summary

Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Merrylands, NSW, seeks Disability Support Workers in and around Merrylands to assist a ventilated 44-year-old female to live independently at home.

Qualifications

• NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
• Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
• Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Paid (mandatory))
• Cert III or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Use of mobility equipment
• Light domestic assistance
• Special meal preparation and community participation
• Assistance with therapy tasks
• Personal care tasks
• Management of tracheostomy and PEG feeding
