Job summary

MercyCare Ltd. is seeking carers for two clients in Western Australia, with complex physical and behavioural needs. Roles are based across Port Kennedy and Rockingham, with varied shifts from morning to evening. Prior experience is valued and Italian language is a bonus but not required.

Successful applicants will demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience, with a focus on tailored, compassionate care and calm, effective communication in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex physical and behavioural needs.
• Certificate III in a relevant practice is preferred but not required.
• Strong manual handling skills and your own physical capacity to provide support.
• Great communication, deescalation and relationship skills; Italian is a bonus.
