Job summary

McArthur Community Care is seeking compassionate and experienced support workers to deliver in-home disability support under the SA Community Care and Disability Contract. Various hours available including shifts across 24/7 rosters, with Above Award wages.

You will help clients to live independently and safely in their community. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility transfers, helping with transport to appointments or shopping, and working within a supportive team environment;

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or Nursing Diploma/Bachelor required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check needed.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Valid unrestricted Driver's Licence and willingness to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including hygiene, transfers, continence, grooming.
• Support community access with transport to appointments or shopping.
• Collaborate with a team of workers to deliver in-home support.
