Trilogy Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Collections Officer to support care recipients and families by managing co-contribution balances with empathy and professionalism.

You will report to the Collections Manager, handling high volumes of accounts mainly over the phone, while keeping precise records and contributing to regular collections reporting. This role emphasizes customer service, accurate account management, and compliance.

Formación

• 1+ year in collections or credit control or strong interest to pursue this field.
• Confident making high-volume outbound calls with a client-first approach.
• Strong communication skills with empathy, tone awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and general data entry in a professional setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to care recipients and representatives regarding outstanding balances.
• Work with clients to establish payment solutions and payment plans while handling enquiries empathetically.
• Set up direct debit authorities, process payments, and manage ITF refunds.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
