Colonial Group is seeking a proactive Manager in Training to lead a store team in Australia from day one. You will run daily operations, coach staff, and shape a welcoming customer experience while preparing to take on a Store Manager role in the near future.

• Support day-to-day operations including rostering, stock flow, and visual merchandising.
