Job summary

The Animal Emergency Centre Kedron, part of the Greencross group, is seeking a veterinarian to join a collaborative ECC/GP team in a permanent part-time role. You will work across hospital and consulting shifts with days, nights and weekends, supported by a large team of nurses and vets.

You have BVSc/DVM or equivalent and Queensland registration, with a strong team spirit and excellent communication to interact with colleagues, pet owners and referring veterinarians.

Qualifications

• BVSc or DVM with Queensland Veterinary Registration.
• Minimum 2 years in emergency vet practice (not essential).
• Strong team player and positive workplace attitude.
• Excellent communication with colleagues, owners and referrers.

Responsibilities

• Permanent part-time with hospital and consulting shifts.
• Varied shifts including days, nights and weekends.
• Shadowing with experienced ECC vets to guide you.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, nurses and client care staff.
