Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months acute nursing experience at the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
