Qualifications

• Holds current AHPRA Nurse Practitioner registration.
• Demonstrates advanced clinical practice in an acute hospital setting.
• Can lead clinically and work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, patient-centred care within the NP scope.
• Undertake comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans with the team.
• Exercise clinical leadership and education for staff.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per requirements.
• Contribute to quality improvement and governance.
