St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne in Melbourne is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Emergency Department's CART MH&AOD Hub. You will perform timely face-to-face assessments, plan interventions, and coordinate care across services to support high-acuity patients.

The role offers ongoing learning, a supportive MDT, and a strong commitment to culturally safe care in a busy Fitzroy/CBD setting.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree or diploma meeting AHPRA requirements.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical mental health experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive face to face mental health assessments and risk assessment.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and identify contributing factors.
• Facilitate admissions and referrals to mental health and AOD services.
• Ensure documentation complies with the MHWB Act and protects consumer rights.
