Qualifications

• Policy research, development or evaluation experience.
• Experience in emergency management frameworks and environments.
• Ability to coordinate priorities and deliver within timelines.
• Strong communication and partnership skills across government.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the NSW Emergency Management Curriculum and training resources.
• Translate lessons and evidence into practical improvements for capability building.
• Support workshops, exercises and learning initiatives to strengthen preparedness and recovery.
