Qualifications

  • Experience researching, developing, implementing or evaluating policy and capability development programs.
  • Knowledge of emergency management frameworks and operations.
  • Coordinate priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight timeframes.
  • Strong cross-government engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Experience designing or supporting training and learning resources.
  • Team player with collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort using technology to improve efficiency and LMS experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen emergency management capability across NSW.
  • Contribute to policy and reform projects.
  • Design and deliver NSW Emergency Management Curriculum training programs.
