Amazon Leo is seeking a Software Engineer to design and operate the networking stack for the optical inter-satellite link constellation. You will translate routes, build MAC-learning, and ensure low-latency forwarding across satellites.

You will work on embedded Linux flight software, contribute to device drivers and protocols, and collaborate with hardware, optics, and operations teams to ship reliable space-based connectivity.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in Linux and Networking protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and enhance the switch-management software for deterministic, low-latency routing.
• Design and optimize networking for optical inter-satellite link flight software on embedded Linux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy high-speed optical communications and networking stack.
