Job summary

Bras n Things & Sheridan in Pyrmont, Sydney, is seeking an Email Specialist to join our E-Commerce team and bring customer communications to life across Bras n Things and Sheridan. You'll partner with CRM, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Brand, Creative and Trading teams to build, deploy and optimise email campaigns, develop segments, run tests and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in email marketing or CRM/digital marketing.
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns.
• Experience with an email service provider (ESP).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Retail/eCommerce CRM/CDP platforms or GA experience is a plus.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an Email Specialist to join our E-Commerce team and help bring customer communications to life across Bras n Things and Sheridan.

Working closely with CRM, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Brand, Creative and Trading teams, you'll support the delivery of engaging and effective email campaigns, from build and deployment through to reporting and optimisation.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate campaign requirements and develop clear email briefs to Graphic Designs & Copywriting teams.
• Build, QA and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and best practice execution.
• Manage campaign schedules and workflows across multiple brands.
• Build & optimise customer segments to create more personalised experiences.
• Conduct A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to balance brand, creative and commercial priorities.

About You

You're a detail-oriented and organised marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and bringing campaigns to life.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 1-2 years' experience in email marketing, CRM or digital marketing (internship experience may also be considered).
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns.
• Experience working with an email service provider (ESP).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• An understanding of email marketing metrics and campaign performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• A curious, analytical mindset with a desire to learn and improve.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, CRM/CDP platforms or Google Analytics will be highly regarded.
