Job summary

Bras N Things is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day management of our social channels, creating engaging content and scheduling posts. You’ll collaborate with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to deliver timely, on-brand content and grow our online community.

This role suits someone starting their social media career, with a passion for content, digital culture and emerging trends, in a hybrid work environment within the Hanes Australasia portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing or similar.
• A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Experience creating content and interest in social trends and digital culture.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Contribute fresh content ideas that bring campaigns and brand stories to life.
• Support TikTok and short-form video content, including filming/editing where needed.
• Coordinate the social content calendar with internal teams.
• Manage community engagement following brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and identify engagement opportunities.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.

We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help bring the Bras N Things brand to life across social channels!

About The Role

Reporting to the Social Media Specialist, you'll support the day-to-day management of our social channels, creating engaging content, scheduling posts and connecting with our online community. You'll work closely with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to deliver content that is timely, relevant and true to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Contribute fresh content ideas that bring campaigns and brand stories to life.
• Support TikTok and short-form video content, including filming and editing where required.
• Coordinate the social content calendar, assets and campaign requirements with internal teams.
• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social performance, prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve engagement and growth.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and new content opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a similar role.
• A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Experience creating content and an interest in social trends and digital culture.
• Experience using social scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite or similar.
• Basic reporting and analytical skills, with an interest in understanding content performance.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
