Job summary

PanelAid Group Pty Ltd PanelAid is seeking an experienced Solid Plasterer to undertake preparation, rendering and finishing of precast concrete panels and other surfaces. This is a hands-on role requiring independence and teamwork to meet project drawings and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have AQF Certificate III in Solid Plastering or 3+ years of relevant experience, a valid Driver Licence, and White Card.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III in Solid Plastering or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in prep, render and finishing of precast concrete panels.
• Current Australian driver licence and White Card.
• Ability to read drawings and finish schedules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect precast concrete panels to identify defects and areas needing repair.
• Prepare surfaces for rendering by cleaning and roughening.
• Apply base coats and finishing coats of plaster and render.
• Repair joints and edges to ensure finish matches specifications.
• Read drawings and finish schedules; monitor curing and safety.
