Qualifications

• Demonstrated elite coaching and/or playing experience at national/international level.
• Capacity to develop and document an elite level school sporting program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of a sporting program reflecting Rowville Sports Academy's elite status.
• Model exemplary program delivery during coaching and events, including competitions and elite sessions.
• Employ, deploy and guide coaching staff while upholding school values.
• Liaise with partner organisations to deliver program components and ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with other Directors of Coaching to share ideas for program and learning culture.
• Monitor student wellbeing and support academic catch-up or flexibility as needed.
• Ensure ongoing engagement through dialogue with students and parents about selection and progression.
• Balance sporting and academic commitments to support student development.
• Promote RSA program in the community and participate in budget-related activities.
