Job summary

Traralgon Bowls Club is seeking a driven Bowls Head Coach to lead and elevate our high-performance coaching program in regional Victoria. You will develop pennant players, foster talent pathways, and drive a culture of professionalism and success within the club.

The successful applicant will lead the coaching program, deliver structured development plans, work with selectors, and support recruitment to strengthen our competitive teams across Weekend Pennant.

Qualifications

• Proven lawn bowls coaching and/or elite playing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Professional and team-oriented approach.
• Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the club coaching program.
• Deliver structured coaching and player development programs.
• Work closely with selectors and leadership groups.
• Assist with pennant preparation and team performance.
• Support recruitment and retention of players.
• Play a key role within the club’s competitive culture.
• Compete within Weekend Pennant competition.
