Job summary

Aaron Sansoni Group International (ASGI) is seeking elite BDMs to join a plug-and-play sales environment where the calendar is full and the commissions are uncapped. You will close high-volume deals, run structured Zoom/phone calls, and leverage our playbooks and coaching to maximize results.

Products include Empire Mastery and flagship programs; you’ll be enrolled into a culture of excellence with monthly accelerators, quarterly bonuses, and yearly jackpots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume sales (B2B, Education, Coaching, or Investment sales preferred).

Responsibilities

• Close Deals: Take the baton from marketing/SDRs and turn interest into enrollment.
• Run the Show: Conduct high-energy, structured sales calls via Zoom/Phone.
• Master the Craft: Utilize proven playbooks and receive direct coaching from industry leaders to sharpen closing ratio.
• Earn Big: Hit targets, unlock bonuses, and write your own paycheck.
