Job summary

Masters & Young Pty Ltd, a Brisbane-based electronics design and manufacturing company, seeks an Electronics Production Engineer to bridge customers and internal teams. You will manage project onboarding, documentation, BOMs, and production handover for PCB and unit builds.

The role requires 2–4 years in electronics manufacturing, proficiency with PCBA processes, and experience in preparing work instructions and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Proven ability to create clear technical documentation such as SOPs and manufacturing packs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for contract-manufacturing projects.
• Lead onboarding from requirements gathering to production handover.
• Prepare and control manufacturing documentation and BOMs.
• Coordinate component sourcing and production readiness with cross-functional teams.
