Job summary

seek.com.au is hiring for Electronics & Mechanical Assembly roles in Melbourne. You will work on SMT and Through-Hole PCB assembly, cable loom manufacture, and final mechanical assembly and packing for inspection.

The successful candidate has electronics assembly experience, soldering skills with 2–3 years, the ability to read drawings and instructions, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously. Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Electronic assembly knowledge and experience.
• Soldering skills, with a min. of 2-3 years experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand tools
• The ability to read and interpret instructions, process documents and drawings.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Must have Australian work rights
• Knowledge of IPC standards would also be highly desirable.
