Zinfra is seeking a Construction Supervisor based in the ACT to lead field-based teams delivering electricity infrastructure projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.

You will oversee construction activities from planning through to completion, manage subcontractors, coordinate resources, monitor WHS compliance and liaise with clients and authorities to maintain progress and safety across projects in the Canberra region.

Formación

• Proven experience supervising construction activities within utilities, infrastructure, energy or related industries.
• Strong commitment to safety leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Organised and solutions-focused with ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors.
• Experience on electricity infrastructure projects and knowledge of relevant regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising construction crews and subcontractors to deliver project outcomes safely and efficiently.
• Coordinating daily field activities and allocating resources to meet project schedules.
• Monitoring site safety performance and ensuring compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
• Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
• Managing construction quality requirements and ensuring works meet project specifications.
• Liaising with clients, authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while resolving site-based issues promptly.
• Supporting project planning, reporting and progress tracking activities.
• Promoting a collaborative team culture while mentoring and developing field personnel.
