Job summary

Linkforce Engineering invites applications for an Electrician at its Kewdale Depot (moving to Hazelmere early 2027). The casual ongoing role operates on an 8/6 roster with 12-hour days, 6am–6pm, supporting electrical maintenance across the depot and our mobile asset fleet.

You will perform building maintenance, fit-outs, compliance testing, tooling repairs, and warehousing support while upholding safety and company procedures. Opportunities exist to upskill with relevant tickets and training.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence required.
• First Aid Certificate required.
• CPR/LVR Certificate required.
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence required.
• Australian work rights required.
• Commercial and Industrial Electrical Experience.
• Commitment to safety for yourself and the team.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with tasks.
• Ability to make decisions, work unsupervised and be results focused.
• Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and related electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance of the Kewdale depot operations.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our Kewdale Depot (relocating to Hazelmere early 2027) operations team which plays a vital role in our 24/7 operations and is the pumping heart of our WA segment for our procurement and warehousing.

This casual ongoing position is offered on an 8/6 roster working 12 hour days from 6am to 6pm. It is responsible for the electrical maintenance of the Kewdale depot operations including:

• Electrical and communication system fit out support to our ever-growing mobile asset fleet, ranging from offices, specialised tool stores, hydrations stations etc.
• General building maintenance and improvements
• Scoping relevant electrical maintenance and fit out tasks to provide comprehensive component and information to our team
• Periodic electrical compliance testing of transportable buildings within the warehouse
• Quarterly testing of tooling and equipment
• Electrical repairs of tools and equipment
• General warehousing assistance when required and the opportunity to upskill with relevant tickets
• Completion of required compliance recordables and routine paperwork in line with national and Linkforce policy and procedures
