Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a Qualified Electrician with at least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience to maintain and improve multiple hospitality venues in Sydney’s south-west. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, fault finding, testing and tagging, data cabling, and support renovation projects across venues.

The role requires weekend availability on a 7-day rotating roster, a current driver’s licence, and a WHS white card.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a variety of electrical duties and tasks.
• General building maintenance skills to assist with painting, gardening, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance in our hospitality venues.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

The opportunity

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our diverse facilities. No two days are the same—you'll work across multiple venues, carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs and supporting exciting improvement and renovation projects.

• Hold a current drivers licence and able to travel to all venues.
• Hold an WHS white card.
• Must be available for weekend work on a 7-day rotating roster.
