Job summary

Centurion Water is seeking a Workshop Supervisor (Electrical) to lead and supervise electrical and mechanical assembly in our workshop and coordinate site-based installation teams. The role combines hands-on electrical work with leadership, planning, and project delivery to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or equivalent electrical qualification.
• Completion of a recognised four-year Electrical Apprenticeship.
• Desirable: Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent supervisory training.
• Desirable: PLC-based control systems and instrumentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workshop electricians, technicians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
• Plan and manage installation and commissioning activities for projects.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and relevant Australian standards.
