Daifuku Oceania seeks an experienced Electrical Technician to join the on-site maintenance team at Melbourne Airport, working on large-scale automated baggage handling systems in a live 24/7 environment.

You will diagnose, repair and maintain PLC-driven automation, conveyors, hydraulics and electrical systems while upholding safety, quality and career progression within a supportive, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Electrician (Certificate III or equivalent).
• Experience with industrial machinery, automation, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of PLCs, motor controls and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to conveyors, hydraulics, or automated systems (highly regarded).
• Ability to work calmly in a live operational environment.
• Strong communication and team orientation.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
