Ausgrid in Wallsend is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver essential courses including ESR, CPR, LV Release and Rescue, and Pole Top/EWP. The role requires a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a solid electrical trade background.

You will run enterprise courses on topics like Height Safety and Substation Entry, assess learners, and contribute to ongoing professional development while staying current with industry standards.

Formación

• Background in ESI industry as Cable Jointer, Substation Technician or similar distribution network experience.
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
• NSW Construction Induction Card.
• Understanding AQF structure and ASQA RTO Standards 2015.
• Knowledge of regulatory training and assessment needs of the business.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver statutory training courses (ESR, CPR, LV Release and Rescue, Pole Top/EWP).
• Facilitate Ausgrid enterprise courses including Shorts Training, Earths, Height Safety, Substation Entry, Live Work Training.
• Provide engaging training, assess participants impartially, and stay updated with industry standards.
