Job summary

Electrical Supervisor role based in the Mid-west WA on a major mining project. 2/1 roster, site-based with a 6-month contract that may extend. Salary of $122-125 per hour including superannuation.

Seeking a qualified supervisor with strong planning, stakeholder management and contractor oversight to lead electrical construction, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety and quality across the program.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and Section 26 is essential.
• Minimum 5 years supervision at EPCM or client level on major mining projects.
• Experience managing contractors on site.
• Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical construction activities across the project.
• Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors and labour resources.
• Monitoring of Safety, Quality, Schedule and Contractors productivity.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support.
