Job summary

GR Engineering Services (GRES) is seeking a FIFO Electrical Leading Hand for current project work in Western Australia. You will lead electrical crews on heavy industrial mining sites and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires WA Electrical Licence, White Card, High Risk Work WP, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a direct employer role with a 3:1 or 2:1 roster and a competitive weekly pay cycle, plus career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven Leading Hand experience in Mining Construction and Heavy Industrial.
• Strong leadership qualities to guide, motivate, and support crew.
• Excellent communication and crew coordination skills.
• Electrical Licence WA or willingness to obtain one.
• White Card.
• First Aid - Low Voltage Rescue & CPR.
• High Risk Work Licence (WP).
• Working at Heights.
• Pass pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen.
• National Police Clearance or ability to apply for one.
