Job summary

NEPEAN Longwall seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to establish and build the Electrical Department at our Kurri Kurri workshop. You will lead the development of systems, standards, and capability while overseeing electrical fit-outs across projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.

You will hold NSW electrical trade qualifications, demonstrate fault-finding excellence, and apply strong knowledge of AS3000, AS3800, and AS4871.

Qualifications

• NSW electrical trade qualifications required.
• Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience leading electricians and trades teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build the Electrical Department at the Kurri Kurri workshop.
• Oversee inspection, repair, overhaul, and commissioning of electrical fit outs across projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage electricians and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with AS3800 standards and safe, on-time delivery.
