Job summary

PPS Water Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead site electrical crews on Pilbara projects. The role is FIFO from Perth on an 8:6 or 2:1 roster, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficient delivery of electrical works.

You will manage pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections, and documentation, while mentoring a team of up to 10 electricians and coordinating resources to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Prior FIFO site-based supervision experience in electrical components of projects.
• Site inductions e.g. FMG, RTIO.
• Construction White Card.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Schedule 26.
• Proven experience leading crews of up to 10 people.
• Strong planning, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to forecast labour and equipment needs.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
