Job summary

Clough Limited, part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering EPC for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility upgrade in Henderson, WA. We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical craft on site, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance with project managers and crews.

The role requires significant Electrical Supervisor experience, WA Electrical Licence, and relevant site certifications.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally with an EPC contractor in construction/heavy industry.
• Appropriate licenses and certifications required as listed in job spec.
• Strong leadership, safety, and on-site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities aligned with project schedule.
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors on site.
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations.
• Prepare manning and tooling requirements for E&I works.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Ensure electrical work complies with codes, safety and project specs.
• Address issues promptly and effectively and coordinate with stakeholders.

Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility in Henderson. This is a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth and broader WA community, reducing waste and emissions.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor, to join the Woodman Point Project team in Henderson.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of electrical craft & activities on site ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with project schedule
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations
• Preparing manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure work is performed to high quality and safety standards
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety and project specifications
• Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Demonstrate significant experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably with an EPC contractor in a construction or heavy industry environment
• Appropriate licenses and certifications such as:
• Electrical Licence WA

• UETTDRRF06B - Perform rescue from a live LV panel
• HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• High Risk licence “WP”
• Current Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence (Desired)
