NEPEAN Longwall is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to establish and lead the Electrical Department at the Kurri Kurri workshop in NSW. You will oversee inspection, repair, overhaul and commissioning of electrical fit outs across small and large project overhauls, driving safety, quality workmanship and timely delivery with strong leadership of electricians and apprentices.
The role requires interpreting schematics, managing budgets, and liaising with Projects to meet deadlines.

This role will lead the development of systems, standards, and capability while overseeing the inspection, repair, overhaul, and commissioning of electrical fit outs across small and large project overhauls, providing ongoing support to internal and external customers.
