Job summary

GenusPlus Group in Australia is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews on a major clean energy project in Eneabba, WA. You will coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role requires a strong leadership mindset, robust communication and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on safety and quality and collaboration with other site teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and a relevant electrical licence.
• Experience supervising electrical crews on major projects.
• Experience in construction, energy, resources, infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience across renewable energy, power or major infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
