Job summary

Ertech is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the DEJV team supporting major infrastructure projects in Rockingham, WA. The role focuses on overseeing electrical installations, coordinating daily site activities, and leading crews to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with project specifications and schedules.

Candidates should have WA Electrical Workers Licence, White Card, CPR/LVR, and OHS supervisory training.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Workers Licence is required.
• CPCWHS1001 Construction White Card is required.
• LVR/CPR current is required.
• OHS Supervisor training or similar is preferred.
• First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is essential.
• Australian Defence background desirable.
• Must hold Australian work rights.
• Experience in high voltage installations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation works and coordinate daily site activities.
• Lead electrical crews to deliver work safely and to project specifications.
• Ensure works conform to project schedules and HSEQ requirements.
• Assist with project planning, reviewing specs, resource needs, and risk planning.
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement practical solutions or escalate as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the DEJV team (Duratec & Ertech Joint Venture), supporting the delivery of major long‑term infrastructure projects in Rockingham, with an immediate start available.

As the Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation works, coordinating daily site activities, and leading electrical crews to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and HSEQ requirements.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist with project planning activities, including reviewing specifications, identifying resource requirements, and contributing to risk planning.
• Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and implement practical solutions or elevate where required.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and support to team members through clear direction, coaching, and ensuring access to required tools and resources.
• Promote and maintain strong HSEQ standards by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and addressing any quality or safety concerns.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• WA Electrical Workers Licence
• CPCWHS1001 Construction White Card
• LVR / CPR (current)
• OHS Supervisor training or similar
• First Aid
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential)
• Australian Defence background is desirable
• MUST hold relevant Australian work rights
• Experience in high voltage installations desirable
