Job summary

Engineering Networks in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead the planning, installation, commissioning and operational safety across Australia.

You will guide a field team, ensure compliance with SWMS/JSA, manage customer relationships, travel as needed, and deliver reliable service for power storage, gensets, transformers, and heavy industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and enforcing safe work procedures SWMS/JSA
• Ability to travel and manage commissioning across sites
• Excellent communication and client consulting skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and commission loadbanks, transformers, and ancillaries on customer sites
• Develop and implement safety standards and procedures (SWMS, JSA, SOPs)
• Ensure equipment is serviced, maintained, and available for rapid deployment
• Act as technical authority for troubleshooting, faults, and repairs
• Deliver high level customer service and satisfaction
• Mentor the technical team to create a high-performance culture
