Pearson Carter Limited seeks an Electrical Sales Representative to join a Queensland-based team selling electrical equipment and solutions to commercial, industrial, infrastructure and mining sectors. The role emphasizes building relationships, developing new business, and meeting sales targets.

You will manage and grow accounts, travel to customer sites, and work with internal teams to coordinate orders, while earning a competitive base salary with commission and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical or industrial sales.
• Electrical trade background or knowledge of electrical products.
• Experience managing accounts and generating new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales targets.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and commercial markets.
• Build relationships with electricians, contractors, engineers, maintenance teams and procurement managers.
• Provide product recommendations and electrical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain regular face-to-face contact with customers through site visits and meetings.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical and operations teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Keep up to date with electrical products, industry developments and customer needs.
