Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical installations on time and within budget. You will oversee staff and subcontractors on-site, provide day-to-day support, and resolve issues, while engaging in progress meetings with key stakeholders and customers.

You will ensure commissioning of electrical services, assist with front-end design and preconstruction, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable and energy sector projects (e.g., Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging)
• Experience managing design and build projects
• Delivery of projects as project lead where principal contracting
• Proven track record of managing a team and delivering electrical project installations with renewables
• Prepare Contract Documents (e.g., Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFIs, Technical Submissions)
• Thorough understanding of electrical works and construction processes
• Prepare handover documents (O&M Manuals, Record Drawings)
• Health and safety on site management
• Zero defects attitude
• Flexibility to travel between main office and site

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical project installations on time and within budget.
• Oversee staff and subcontractors on-site, providing day-to-day support.
• Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure electrical services are properly installed and commissioned.
• Provide front-end design and preconstruction management.
