Job summary

DEVELOP is seeking an Electrical Operations Superintendent for our Woodlawn site. You will oversee all electrical operations, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency across underground and surface assets.

You will lead major electrical projects, manage resources and rosters, and partner with engineering and processing teams to deliver on-site objectives while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification required.
• Experience in electrical maintenance in a hard rock mining environment; underground mining desirable.
• Leadership experience in operational or maintenance environments.
• Current NSW electrical licence or eligibility to obtain recognition.
• Driver licence is required.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as Pronto or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical operations across site, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance of electrical infrastructure and equipment.
• Lead significant electrical projects across underground and surface operations from planning to completion.
• Manage rosters and recruitment for underground and processing.
• Coordinate with Statutory Electrical Engineer and Operations managers to support safe electrical operations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical plans, legislation, and site policies.
