Job summary

Evolution Mining LTD. is seeking an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer - Electrical at Ernest Henry Operations.

You will provide technical leadership across electrical reliability, working with maintenance and operations to improve asset performance and the effectiveness of critical electrical and control systems on site. Key responsibilities include leading Yokogawa DCS performance, driving reliability improvements, and delivering projects from scope to commissioning while coaching teams and

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in mining, minerals processing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Yokogawa DCS systems.
• Experience with fixed plant electrical assets and infrastructure.
• Understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading improvement initiatives and technical projects.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and performance of the Yokogawa DCS across site operations.
• Develop and implement electrical reliability improvement initiatives.
• Optimise preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and engineering solutions.
• Deliver reliability projects from scope through to commissioning.
• Analyse asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and support teams in electrical reliability best practice.
• Maintain technical documentation, drawings and engineering standards.
• Prepare reliability reports and performance insights.
