Qualifications

• Simpro experience – essential.
• Advanced Simpro user with extensive system experience.
• 10+ years electrical background preferred.
• Confident quoting and managing multiple small-to-medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and apprentices.
• Manage and liaise with clients / customers on updates and variations.
• Quote projects up to $40,000 (upgrades, renovations, minor commercial work, EV chargers, small fit-outs).
• Oversee job workflow, quality control, and WHS compliance.
• Support stock management, job costing, and system improvements.
• Work closely with management to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
