CSR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor- Electrical/Mechanical for the Ingleburn factory in NSW. The role is full-time, based at Ingleburn, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and driving reliability, cost control, and quality improvements.

You will lead Fitters and Electricians, schedule shutdowns, monitor costs, and promote a zero-harm culture while ensuring adherence to processes and Lean initiatives.

Formación

• Trade qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience in a manufacturing site.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the trade maintenance crew (fitters and electricians).
• Schedule maintenance shutdowns and coordinate tasks.
• Track maintenance costs and expenses.
• Directly supervise team to align with processes and policies.
• Provide technical leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
• Apply Lean principles to improve plant reliability and quality.
