Job summary

Macmahon Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled NPI Electrical & Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance and power generation at the Nifty Copper Project in WA. You will ensure safe, compliant and reliable operation of critical site infrastructure while supporting performance and continuous improvement.

You will hold WA electrical licenses, supervisory competency and electrical nominee accreditation, with strong leadership experience and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Workers Licence (unrestricted) required.
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor competency essential.
• Electrical Nominee accreditation or ability to obtain nomination.
• Current First Aid, CPR and LVR certification.
• Experience in mining, power generation or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Accept and fulfil the statutory appointment of NPI Electrical & Maintenance Supervisor.
• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance across site infrastructure and power assets.
• Ensure compliance with mining legislation, Australian Standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance for reliability.
• Coach and develop electricians, apprentices and contractors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture with risk management and investigations.
