Job summary

Murrin Murrin Operations, part of Glencore, invites applications for a Supervisor – NPI Electrical Supervisor to lead safe, reliable maintenance of non-processing infrastructure at our WA mining site. Reporting to the Electrical Maintenance Superintendent, you will oversee planned and unplanned maintenance, drive asset reliability, and manage a skilled maintenance team with clear leadership.

The role requires an Electrical Trade Certificate, WA Electrical Licence, and extensive experience

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent recognised by WA authorities.
• Current WA Electrician's Licence with unrestricted status.
• Experience supervising electrical maintenance in mining or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, reliable electrical NPI assets with clear ownership.
• Deliver planned and unplanned maintenance per risk, priorities and budgets.
• Lead a competent maintenance team with clear work allocation and feedback.
• Improve asset reliability, maintenance quality and cost performance, reducing contractor reliance.
