Job summary

Macmahon Holdings Limited is seeking an NPI Electrical & Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance and power generation activities at the Nifty Copper Project in Western Australia. The role ensures safe, compliant and reliable operation of critical site infrastructure while supporting operational performance and continuous improvement.

The position requires WA Electrical Workers Licence (unrestricted), Schedule 26 competency, and experience in mining or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Workers Licence (unrestricted).
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor competency.
• Electrical Nominee accreditation or the ability to obtain nomination.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Low Voltage Rescue (LVR).
• Experience in mining, power generation, or heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Accept and fulfil the statutory appointment of NPI Electrical & Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.
• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance, installation and commissioning activities across site infrastructure and power generation assets.
• Ensure compliance with mining legislation, Australian Standards and site safety procedures.
• Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and availability.
• Lead, coach and develop electricians, apprentices and contractors to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with operational teams to achieve site targets.
• Promote a strong safety culture through risk management, hazard identification and incident investigations.
