Job summary

Murrin Murrin Operations, part of Glencore, is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Superintendent to lead the electrical maintenance team across our processing plant in WA. You will drive safety, asset integrity and compliance and oversee high-risk electrical work and EEHA management.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will develop maintenance strategies, manage budgets and build leadership capability within the Electrical Department to deliver safe, reliable production in a complex mining

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and current Electrical Workers Licence.
• Certificate or Diploma in Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas.
• Minimum Cert 4 in Instrumentation.
• Extensive leadership experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large electrical maintenance team within a complex mining and processing environment.
• Promote and embed a strong safety-first culture through visible leadership and field engagement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and electrical safety requirements.
• Drive Fatal Hazard Protocol compliance and Critical Control Management for electrical energy.
• Oversee safe execution of high-risk electrical work including isolations and energisations.
