Job summary

Glencore's Bulga Open Cut in NSW invites applications for a Project Coordinator to join the Engineering team. Reporting to the Statutory Electrical Engineer, you will support electrical infrastructure, mining fleet, gas drainage, and plant processes, focusing on safety, reliability and performance.

You will plan resources, drive continuous improvement, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of safety and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate resources and communicate with stakeholders.
• Focus on safety, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Studying or possessing tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote improvements to electrical infrastructure and plant systems.
• Provide guidance across the relevant engineering domain.
• Investigate enhancements to standards and procedures for safety and productivity.
• Assist with planning and coordination of resources within your area.
• Minimise environmental impact wherever possible.
