Job summary
Metro Trains Sydney Pty is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead - Electrical to spearhead preventative and corrective maintenance across our metro rail network. You will lead a team of Electrical Technicians and coordinate with internal and external service providers to deliver safe, high‑quality works.

- Safety-focused leadership and people development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Electrical Technicians.
- Manage delivery of maintenance works through internal and external resources.
- Monitor contractor performance against safety, quality and contract requirements.
- Support work planning, project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Contribute to budget, resource and workforce planning.
- Implement performance and development plans to build team capability.
