Job summary

Avida Motorhomes is seeking an Electrical Harness Assembler for our Emu Plains manufacturing facility in Western Sydney. This permanent full-time role involves building 12V and 240V wiring harnesses and component panels, reading wiring diagrams, and working in a hands-on environment.

Experience with electrical assemblies and keen attention to detail are valued. Enjoy a supportive team, ongoing training, and a 4.5 day, 38-hour week with on-site parking.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare 12V and 240V electrical wiring harnesses.
• Build electrical component panels and assemblies.
• Terminate and label cabling to drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and work instructions.
• Assist with installation, testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Maintain quality standards and production schedules.
• Support LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
