Job summary

You will drive handover processes, resource planning, and job risk visibility while mentoring supervisors and technicians to lift capability and safety culture. Strong leadership and technical acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum electrical qualification and licensing.
• Experience leading trades/operational teams.
• Hands-on electrical experience in the trade.
• SimPRO proficiency from day one.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and technical conversations during site visits and tenders, protecting margins and cash flow.
• Own handover processes, resource planning, materials readiness, scheduling, and risk visibility.
• Develop supervisors and technicians to share expertise across the business.
• Set direction, coach performance, and drive a constructive safety culture.
• Build client relationships and resolve variations and disputes with clear documentation.
• Uphold regulatory and company standards with risk assessments and site checks.
• Track utilisation, margin, quote conversion, and overall operating performance.
• Refine workflows and reporting using Simpro and other approved systems.
• Support marketing input for campaigns and adhere to marketing-spend guidelines.
• Lead a team of ~20 staff and report to the business owner.
